A funny thing about this encounter… as I was sitting there, trying to think of the next line… that just would not come… I noticed a “leaf” moving on a bare branch of a bush in front of me… so I was looking at it… thinking of incorporating the lonely leaf blowing… then it started moving all over the place and then I realized it was a MOUSE !!!! Funny how that haiku went… haikus are supposed to be “ in the moment “ ….spontaneous…. so that was funny….
